From the first visit things went quite quickly in the right direction. Their wisdom, experience and compassion all came through. All very good. Grateful for the help and support, especially locating the right care home and expediting the procedure via Yew Tree staff.

To offer more knowledge of how the timeline of Dementia works, so that people have a wider understanding of the future. This will make it less stressful.

I had little awareness of what the course would be about but the course has been very interesting and the value of meeting other carers has been particularly valuable.
Suggested improvements
Ideally have more carers participating. Make the course sessions longer (2hours) with a tea break.
